Bradley R. Prowant

Bradley primarily practices in the areas of business and commercial litigation, personal injury defense, reinsurance, and appellate advocacy. He has extensive experience drafting and arguing non-dispositive and dispositive motions before state and federal courts, taking and defending depositions, and developing sound litigation strategies. Bradley utilizes his skill set to guide clients through both straightforward and complex litigation from inception to jury trial. He has advocated for clients ranging from individuals in the community and local businesses to Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining Larson • King, Bradley clerked for a Minnesota district court judge in Saint Paul.

Bradley is interested in and monitors the nascent legal landscape impacted by the increasing use of artificial intelligence, with a focus on the widespread use of algorithms and machine learning in everyday life. Additionally, he is interested in the evolving nature of the craft beverage industry and the legal issues new entrants face. When away from work, Bradley enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, running, visiting craft breweries, and roaming the foothills of the Rockies.
