David Wilk Co-Hosted Panel Discussion on Assessing Witness Credibility in "He Said, She Said" Workplace Situations


At the most recent Employment & Labor Law Exchange presented by the USLAW NETWORK in Dallas, Texas, Larson • King partner and employment law expert David Wilk helped facilitate a panel called “Assessing Witness Credibility in Investigations: He Said, She Said, Now What?”  Panel attendees learned and discussed the tools needed to discover evidence, assess the credibility of the accused and the accuser, and make an informed determination in the face of a “he said, she said” workplace situation.
