Kelly A. Lelo
Kelly, a partner with Larson • King, concentrates her practice in the areas of complex litigation, class actions and pharmaceutical/medical device litigation. Kelly represents clients in involving wage and hour, employment, and consumer protection laws, as well as products liability and mass torts related to artificial hips.
Kelly's experience in overtime class and collective actions in particular, has made her a recognized resource on topics such as the Fair Labor Standards Act and state wage and hour laws, particularly in the context of donning and doffing and misclassification claims, as well as civil litigation strategies in such actions.
