Twin Cities Diversity in Practice (TCDIP) is a non-profit association of law firms and corporate legal departments. TCDIP's mission is to support its members as they attract, recruit, advance, and retain attorneys of color in the Twin Cities legal community. The 1L Summer Rotation Clerkship aims to promote the Twin Cities legal community to 1L students of color who are historically underrepresented in the legal profession, and who are interested in exploring a legal career here. During their rotation, summer clerks receive feedback, coaching, and mentoring from top private practice and in-house attorneys. For more information on this program, visit
