Caryn Boisen to moderate and present at Condominium Construction Issues seminar04/22/2008 Caryn Boisen will moderate a seminar in Bloomington on April 22nd entitled "Condominium Construction Issues in Minnesota." In addition to moderating the seminar, Caryn also will present on mechanics' liens, specifically as they relate to condominium projects. Topics in Caryn's presentation will include people entitled to, property subject to, and work covered by a lien. In addition, Caryn will cover legal issues such as pre-lien notice, the mechanic's lien statement, and foreclosure of a mechanic's lien. |
