Larson • King trial lawyers successfully defend professional liability claim01/12/2009 Larson • King trial lawyers Larry King and Mark Solheim successfully defended a general surgeon who performed a gastric bypass procedure on the plaintiff. In the lawsuit, the plaintiff and their counsel alleged that the doctor failed to recognize the signs of an anastomatic leak which resulted in a number of subsequent surgeries, abdomen deformities and substantial medical expenses.
