Larson • King's inaugural Corporate Counsel Summit on Litigation and Trial Strategy to be held October 22, 2009. This is the first of what will become an annual seminar focused on the needs of corporate counsel as their companies face civil disputes.

This year’s topics include informative and strategic discussions of:

• Social and technological influences on today’s juror
• Privileged communication
