Larson • King Lawyers Successfully Defend Professional Liablility Claim05/12/2010 Larson • King trial lawyers Larry King and Mark Solheim successfully defended a care facility in Itasca County, Minnesota. The plaintiff, through her guardian, claimed that the care facility was inadequate, and that the staff failed to propertly assess and supervise a wheelchair-bound resident. The plaintiff alleged that this resulted in her falling down an open stairwell in the facility. As a result of the fall, the plaintiff incurred substantial medical expenses and continues to be ventilator-dependent.
