Sarah's presentation uncovers the treasure trove of information that Social networking sites offer concerning parties to a lawsuit, their counsel and even jurors. This session will focus on how these sites can help or harm your case; courtroom rules (admissibility, laying the foundation) that affect the ability of those affiliated with the litigation to use and rely upon the information learned from the sites; and the ethical implications of using the information.
