David Wilk victorious at Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals06/27/2005 Larson • King partner David Wilk recently prevailed in an Age Discrimination in Employment Act claim he argued before the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. The case involved an employee whose job was eliminated as part of a reduction in force. David obtained summary judgment in favor of his client and the plaintiff appealed. After briefing and arguing the case to the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, David obtained an affirmance of the lower court’s opinion which had dismissed the case. |
