This Conference is being held on March 23 and 24, 2006 at the Ritz-Carlton in Boston, Massachusetts. Keith will be discussing "Procedural Issues in Reinsurance Disputes" and will be presenting a paper discussing the relationship between the Federal Arbitration Act and various state arbitration statutes.
