Keith Dotseth is presenter at 2007 Annual Meeting of IADC in Southhampton, Bermuda07/12/2007 Keith A. Dotseth has been asked to speak to the members of the International Association of Defense Counsel at their Annual Meeting in Southhampton, Bermuda. Keith will be presenting on the topic: "Mandatory Arbitration Clauses: Have They Outlived Their Usefuless?" and will be addressing the relative merits of continuing to have mandatory arbitration clauses in reinsurance contracts. Keith was invited to join the IADC earlier this year and is now an active member of the Reinsurance, Excess and Surplus Lines Committee. |
