Patrick H. O'Neill, III

Patrick, an associate at Larson • King, focuses his practice on business litigation, appeals, products liability, and professional liability matters.  Prior to joining Larson • King, Patrick served as a Judicial Clerk to Chief Judge Edward J. Cleary of the Minnesota Court of Appeals.  As a clerk to Chief Judge Cleary, Patrick worked on a wide range of civil and criminal appellate cases.   

Patrick graduated cum laude from the University of St. Thomas School of Law, where he served as the Editor-in-Chief of the St. Thomas Journal of Law and Public Policy.  While attending law school, Patrick worked as a certified student attorney at the School of Law’s Federal Commutations Clinic and at the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office.  

Outside of his practice, Patrick enjoys spending time on Minnesota’s lakes and in the great outdoors.
