Renee I. Fossen
Professional Profile
Renee focuses her practice in the areas of business litigation; white collar criminal defense and investigations; and complex insurance coverage litigation. In addition to large-scale, on-sight document review and investigations, she represents clients in a wide range of matters including general business litigation, complicated contract disputes, professional liability claims and insurance coverage litigation. Renee has been a successful advocate for her clients in mediations, arbitrations, bench trials and jury trials.
Renee has significant experience with large and complex legal matters and is involved in all aspects of those matters from discovery all the way up to the appellate levels in state and federal courts. Renee also takes cases as a Tubman Family Alliance Pro Bono Safety Project Volunteer.
