Sarah E. Madsen

Professional Profile
Sarah, a partner with Larson • King, represents local and national clients in the financial services, securities, insurance and manufacturing industries. Sarah has represented clients in a wide variety of complex civil litigation disputes, including those involving claims of fraud, negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference with contract, breach of non-compete, breach of contract, breach of securities laws, negligent supervision, and suitability of investment. Sarah has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts throughout the country and has defended clients in arbitration proceedings before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Sarah excels at working closely with her clients to understand their business needs and to determine the most effective and efficient course of action.


Sarah is actively involved in her local and legal communities. Among other pursuits, Sarah currently serves on the DRI Young Lawyers Steering Committee as the Chair of Seminar Planning. She also serves on the DRI Women in the Law Steering Committee as the Vice Chair of Membership. Ms. Madsen is a member of the Board of Directors for the Ordway Circle of Stars, the volunteer arm of the Ordway Center for the Performing Arts, and serves as the Marketing Chair of the organization.
