T. Joe Snodgrass

Joe Snodgrass is a founding partner of Larson • King, now the largest private law firm headquartered in St. Paul.  He represents plaintiffs in MDL, mass tort, collective and class action litigation. Mr. Snodgrass’ cases generally fall within the areas of products (including drugs and devices), employment and consumer rights. 

Since the creation of Larson • King, Mr. Snodgrass has secured multiple seven and eight figure recoveries for classes and clients. His cases have been featured in national media, including the New York Times, USA Today and CNN. 

In addition to general mass tort and class action work, Mr. Snodgrass has taken special interest in assisting individual clients who often do not have access to the resources and talents a large law firm can provide.  His work in this area includes helping to develop a national wage and hour practice for lower income wage earners, as well as working on civil rights cases, including Title IX issues.
