Tony Novak to speak on Expert Witness Depositions for DRI Live Webcast

Tony Novak will present "Clearing the Weeds: Artful Expert Witness Depositions" by the DRI's Trial Tactics and Young Lawyers Committees on May 9th via live webcast. As part of the Young Lawyers Survival Skills Series this installment will cover how to understand the goal of your deposition, handle a difficult witness effectively, obtain information needed for potential challenges and best set the stage for your expert and witness.
Tony is an active member of DRI, serving on the steering committee of DRI’s Young Lawyers Committee and as the chair of its Civility and Professionalism Subcommittee.
