Beyond MDLA, Kevin is active in the Defense Research Institute (DRI), having served on DRI’s Young Lawyers Steering Committee for three years, and currently serves as the Vice-Chair of the Young Lawyers’ Membership Subcommittee. Kevin is also involved with the Commercial Litigation Committee, where he serves as both the Marketing Vice-Chair and the Young Lawyer Liaison. Kevin frequently publishes in DRI’s Young Lawyer newsletter, Raising the Bar, from his role as a Membership Vice-Chair. He has also published an article for DRI’s monthly periodical, For the Defense. Kevin was an author of DRI’s White Paper on Artificial Intelligence in the legal community, through DRI’s Issues and Advocacy Committee, which will be submitted to DRI members and other interested entities, including the United States House and Senate Judiciary Committees and the Advisory Committee on Rules of Civil Procedure. Kevin is the past recipient of DRI’s Young Lawyers Committee Rising Star Award.
