Larson • King, LLP proudly announces that it has established The Larry King Endowment Fund at Hamline University School of Law as a lasting tribute to our former partner, Larry King. Larry was a Hamline graduate and remained active in Hamline law school affairs throughout his career. Scholarships will be awarded on an annual basis to one or more second-year law students who are interested in trial practice. The Fund will also continue Larry’s legacy of improving diversity in the profession by encouraging the advancement of women and minorities through its scholarships and awards.
Larson • King is pledging a lead gift of $100,000. Some of Larry’s former classmates and friends have already committed to make substantial gifts to increase the endowment. Larry was a remarkable influence on all who had the privilege of working with or knowing him. Through these gifts, we hope to extend Larry’s influence to future generations of lawyers who will do as he did – to practice law with purpose and give back to the community.
