Appellate team obtains favorable Minnesota Supreme Court decision on behalf of a local contractor

Paula Vraa, Jennifer Young and David Wilk recently obtained a favorable decision from the Minnesota Supreme Court on behalf of a local contractor.  The opinion, written by Justice Christopher J. Court of Appeals Affirms Summary Judgment for Larson King Client on Tortious Interference Claim

On September 24, 2012, the Minnesota Court of Appeals affirmed the district court’s decision that neither the Minnesota Council of Health Plans nor its health plan members tortiously interfered with David Feinwachs’ employment.   The Court found that the plaintiff was unable to provide any evidence of intentional interference.  David Wilk represented HealthPartners in the case …
