Nasro I. Araye has joined Larson • King as a Summer Associate. Nasro is a rising 2L at the University of St. Thomas School of Law. Nasro joins Larson • King as a participant in the Twin Cities Diversity in Practice (TCDIP) 1L Summer Rotation Clerkship program.
Nicole A. van Lierop has joined Larson • King as an attorney. Nicole practices in the areas of professional liability, insurance coverage, and business litigation. Nicole’s legal work is informed by her background in nursing and her experience providing hands-on care to patients with complex health needs. Both before and during law school, Nicole worked as a registered nurse at the Minneapolis VA Medical Center, where she developed a deep interest in health law and healthcare compliance.
Larson • King recently helped secure a trial win for a large manufacturing client in a mass tort case. Following a multi-week trial in Kentucky where the plaintiff asked for compensatory and punitive damages totaling $75 million, the jury returned a defense verdict finding no defect in the product.
