Owen focuses his practice on complex torts, construction, and business and commercial litigation.
Before joining Larson • King, Owen was an attorney at a firm that specializes in construction and insurance law, handling insurance coverage, construction, and business litigation matters. Owen’s experience in both defense- and plaintiff-side litigation gives him a valuable perspective that he brings to all of his cases.
Owen received his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School. During law school, he served as a student director for the Community Legal Partnership for Health Clinic, providing legal services in a variety of practice areas to low-income clients. Owen received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in economics and political science, where he also played on the club hockey team.
Outside of his practice, Owen enjoys outdoor bike rides with his partner, Carmen, rock climbing, video games, and spending time with his dog, Penny.
