Shawn is a partner at Larson · King and focuses his practice on business litigation, class actions, antitrust and unfair competition. He is recognized in The Best Lawyers in America and has been named a “Super Lawyer” in Minnesota Law & Politics every year since 2004.
Shawn has tried cases to verdict in state, federal and administrative courts and has argued cases before numerous appellate courts. He has served as lead counsel in multi-district and class action litigation.
Having represented both corporations and individuals in civil lawsuits, Shawn understands how to prepare cases for a successful outcome, including trial. His trial experience includes cases involving malpractice, products liability, personal injury and business claims. He serves on the Board of Directors of the USLAW Network and was the Chair of USLAW's Business Litigation and Class Action practice group.
