Justin focuses his practice in the areas of business litigation, employment litigation, and products and professional liability.
Prior to joining Larson • King, Justin worked for an international labor and employment firm representing employers in a variety of matters arising under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act. Before embarking on his legal career, Justin worked for over a decade in healthcare and hospital settings. Justin combines his experience and passion for healthcare with his legal acumen to better serve providers across specialties.
Justin graduated magna cum laude from the Boston University School of Law, where he served as an Editor of the Boston University Law Review. While in law school, Justin externed with a non-profit representing tenants in landlord/tenant disputes. Justin excelled at identifying leverage to improve his clients’ negotiating positions and achieve their desired outcomes.
Justin earned his B.A. in Philosophy, with high distinction, from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities with minors in Political Science and Leadership. While at the University of Minnesota, Justin served as a Leadership Minor Intern, assisting with the creation of lesson plans and instruction within the Leadership minor. Justin also interned with a non-profit, working to close gaps in access to afterschool and summer programs throughout Minnesota.
Outside of his practice, Justin loves exploring the Twin Cities’ restaurant scene with his brilliant wife. Justin also enjoys trivia, indoor rock climbing, and all things espresso.
