Anthony J. Novak

Anthony J. Novak

Tony, a partner with Larson • King, focuses his litigation and trial practice on the defense of products, transportation and professional liability claims. Tony’s products practice involves the defense of product design and manufacturing claims in Minnesota and across the country. Tony also defends several national and regional motor carriers in a variety of claims and he is active in the firm’s accident rapid response team. In his professional liability practice, Tony works with wide range of professionals including physicians, accountants, attorneys, fiduciaries and service technicians in defense against claims of professional negligence. Tony also regularly represents professionals in their response to professional board complaints.

Prior to practicing law, Tony worked as a corporate auditor with a major public accounting firm where he served several widely held, publicly traded clients.
