Shawn M. Raiter

Shawn is a partner at Larson · King, and focuses his practice on business litigation, product liability, class actions, antitrust and unfair competition. He has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America yearly since 2010, and has been named a Minnesota Super Lawyer every year since 2004.

Shawn has tried cases to verdict in state, federal and administrative courts and has argued cases before numerous appellate courts. He has been appointed by numerous courts to serve as lead counsel in multi-district and class action litigation. Shawn is a Fellow of the Litigation Council of America, an invitation-only group of experienced trial lawyers, and he was also selected to The National Trial Lawyers – Top 100, an invitation-only group limited to the top 100 lawyers practicing in offensive litigation in each state.

Having represented both corporations and individuals in civil lawsuits, Shawn understands how to prepare cases for a successful outcome, including trial. His trial experience includes cases involving malpractice, product liability, personal injury and business claims.  He served on the Board of Directors of the USLAW Network, an international network of more than 6,000 attorneys.  He has also served as Chair of USLAW’s Business Litigation and Class Action practice group.
