Ryan practices in the areas of professional liability, products liability, complex torts, and business litigation.
Ryan has broad experience defending products liability, catastrophic loss, medical malpractice, and commercial matters. Ryan has helped clients during all phases of litigation, including site inspections, expert coordination, motion practice, depositions, and evidentiary hearings.
Ryan received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of St. Thomas School of Law, where he served as an Associate Editor and Articles Editor of the St. Thomas Law Journal. Before going into private practice, Ryan served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Marta M. Chou in Minnesota’s Fourth Judicial District. Ryan received his undergraduate degree in Legal Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
In his free time, Ryan enjoys exploring the many trails, lakes, and rivers Minnesota has to offer, and cheering on the Minnesota Vikings. When he’s not out adventuring, Ryan can be found mastering a new pie recipe, playing an overly complex board game with friends, or anxiously watching the latest episode of Survivor to see who gets voted out.
